Building on the foundations of the Level 1 GymClub HQ Course, the Level 2 equips coaches with the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours to plan, deliver, and evaluate gymnastics sessions independently. Participants will develop the competence, confidence, and ethical practice required to lead safe, engaging, and progressive sessions across recreational and early development levels, forming the next step toward an Ofqual-recognised professional coaching qualification.
The Level 2 Lead Coach course builds on foundation coaching, supporting coaches to plan, deliver and evaluate safe, progressive sessions independently. These skills help coaches prepare recreational and early-development gymnasts for the demands of the NGA UK Competition Framework; coaches should refer to the current framework for specific event requirements.
