Who Is This Course For?

This course is open to individuals aged 16 or over who want to develop their ability to coach the practical skills listed above.

How Does This Translate to the NGA UK Competition Framework?

This course is built around the content required for NGA UK Women’s Level 1 and Level 2, and Men’s 4x4 Level 1 and Level 2. It helps coaches understand and develop the practical skills used at these levels.
